  • For 1lb of fat how long do I exercise for? x

     The treacle sponge and custard are glaring at me in the fridge, temptation is evil! lol

    i thoought that i would put somethings up that i have been wondering and for a while i have been wondering for a 1lb of fat how long do i exercise for? and with thanks to http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/health/Fitness-6.html i got the shocking results which goes as follows:

    To lose 1lb of fat, you need to burn about a shocking 3,500 calories!!!!

    That’s six hours of running on a treadmill (600 calories per hour), seven hours riding a bike (500 calories per hour) or eight or nine hours of fast walking (450 calories per hour).

    and what in eating terms:

    In food terms, it is the equivalent of two large bowls of spaghetti carbonara, five bottles of wine or about 10 chocolate bars. If you had a chocolate bar every day beyond your body’s calorie requirement, you would gain about 33lb of fat within a year.

    However, if you walked fast for an hour every day, you could lose 52lb in a year. It’s simple: if you like to eat and you don’t exercise, you’ll get fat.

    Just on here to place tips on weight loss hope you all enjoy!

    1. Keep a thinspo book, cut pictures from magazines, quotes or tips, ensure that parents or nosey siblings dont find it that can be a bitch!
    2. Take a picture of yourself on a cell or photo and keep it with you when you want to eat something just look at the picture
    3. Make a plan of what you are going to do for the next day to keep yourself busy and motivated away from food, ensure that you include lots of exercise
    4. Wear tight clothing
    5. Sunbathe
    6. Drink plenty of water,

    Water Facts:

    Drinking water ice cold helps to burn more calories

    Water is 0 calories

    Drinking up to 4 ltrs of water a day will help supress some hunger (plus u will be running to the toilet)

     Lots and lot bin goin on in ma life at the mo bk at college (fuking hard work)!! need more money!! need to loose weight ha fora change, sorry girlies tht i aint bin on in ages, jus found out me mate had a miscarriage, me boyfriend nearly lost his job!! hope some gud luck for people around me comes soon cos its a bit of a shitta! so am starting this:

    This is a 50 day calorie restriction programme for those who have eating disorders. This is not just for anyone who wants to go on an 'ana diet to lose weight for prom'. It isn't easy so you must be dedicated and willing. It is designed to trick your metabolism because each day's calories are different and causes quick and major weight loss. If you binge on one day, fast the following day. You can switch a couple of the days round if needs be (social event, sports practice etc.). If you seriously keep messing up, start again.   • loose 10lb in 3 days

    Day One

    Brekkie:- 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, 1tbs peanut butter

    lunch:- 1/2 tin tuna, 1 slice of toast

    tea:- 3oz lean meat, 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup carrots, 1 apple, 4 oz of vanilla ice cream

     

    Day Two

    Brekkie:-1 egg, 1 slice of toast, 1/2 banana

    lunch:- 8 tucs, 1 cup tuna

    tea:-2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli and cabbage, 1/2 carrots, 1/2 banana

     

    Day Three

    Brekki:- 5 tucs, 1oz cheese, 1 apple

    lunch:- 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast

    tea:- 1 cup tuna, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup melon

  • Blonde Thinspo and fasting!!!

    Hey,

    So as its just passed my birthday i ate a whole load ov crap!! so ive decided to fast again for 2 days and exercise most ov my time, as im at work it should be good ill keep myself preocupied! plus my boyfriend wont be around making me eat! so touch wood!

    Fast started at 10.30am today and will finnish 10.30am on Friday, if anyone wants to join feel free x
